Jacobsen

His stay was so brief, but his life was so huge. He is loved and so very missed. Four years ago today he passed away and left most who knew him changed. Love you to the moon and back little man!

  5. I just found your blog by providence and wanted to express my empathy for your losses. My youngest son died at the age of 10 months from a rare genetic disease so I have sort of been in your shoes.

    They were beautiful boys.

  6. I really don't mean to spam you but I just noticed Hodge's date of his birth into heaven......my son Brennan died on Feb. 2, 1996. It just goes to show there are no coincidences.
